Q: What do you do at The Trading Pit?

A: I joined The Trading Pit a few months back in the start-up phase as part of the support team. Although, joining the project in its early days has given me the opportunity to work and interact with multiple departments of the business which really helped me grow professionally.

Q: Why did you choose to work here?

A: I was always interested in the fintech business, but never had the professional opportunity to work in the industry. Once I heard about the Trading Pit project and the people that were involved in building it, I instantly applied for the spot.

Q: How do you think, from your view, The Trading Pit is different?

A: The Trading Pit aims to be transparent towards its partners. I say partners because this is what we view our clients as. Being a prop-trading firm, our growth is based on our client's success - and therefore our motto: Partnering for growth.

Q: How would you briefly explain what you offer?

A: Three words - Passion, energy, and time! Management of The Trading Pit has so far trusted me with being a part of the decision-making and product development of the business. Being given the opportunity to be a part of the success, I’m really motivated to grow with the company!

Q: How important is customer satisfaction and customer support?

A: I think if not the most important, then definitely one of the most important aspects of any business. From my point of view, successful businesses should not blindly aim for revenue. They should strive for happy clients, which will then produce not only great revenue but also a great business reputation.

Q: How does our organization offer top customer service?

A: At The Trading Pit we were lucky enough to cherry pick our team, which means the management knew all staff members from previous work experiences and has only on-boarded the best. We aim to go above and beyond to solve our clients' issues and are never short of free time to talk to you and assist you with any enquiries you may have regarding our business.
