Please review the following details regarding our affiliate commission payout process:

Payout Schedule:

Affiliate commissions are processed on the 15th of each month, excluding weekends.

The payout will include all commissions earned up until the end of the previous month. For example, on March 15th, affiliates will receive the total accumulated commissions up to the end of February.

Minimum Payout Amount:

The minimum payout threshold is 100 EUR/USD.

Available Payment Methods:

• IBAN

• Bank Wire

• Cryptocurrency

Important Information:

• For both bank transfers and crypto payments, no manual payout request is required via the dashboard. All qualifying commissions are automatically included in the payout.

• To process your affiliate payment, a valid KYC document (National Identity Card or Passport) must have been submitted in response to the Paperless email request sent from [email protected].

• Ensure your banking details or crypto wallet address are accurate and up-to-date to avoid delays or complications in payment processing. Any updates should be made directly through your affiliate Dashboard.

Processing Times:

• SEPA Transfer: Up to 1-3 business days

• International Wire/SWIFT: Up to 5-7 business days

• Crypto Transfer: Within the same day

Please note that these processing times are estimates and may vary based on additional reviews or requests for information at the discretion of the payment providers or our Finance & Compliance Team. Payment providers, including banks, do not process payments on weekends or public holidays.

Important Reminder for Crypto Payouts:

When selecting a crypto payment method, ensure that you select the correct network type for the cryptocurrency requested. Incorrect network selection may result in funds being sent to the wrong address. Please note that crypto transactions cannot be reversed or cancelled due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transfers.
