FAQ CFD's Challenges Inactivity Breach Policy

Inactivity Breach Policy

Due to working with actual brokers for opening CFD accounts, if you go 21 consecutive days without placing a trade, your demo account will be closed.

Important Note: In case you go inactive for 21 consecutive days and your account is closed, you will not be eligible for a new account or refund of the Challenge purchase, as we only offer refunds within the first 14 days of purchasing an account, as long as it has not been traded.

For Futures Challenge accounts there is no inactivity rule, as there is a pre-set time limit.

However, for Earning accounts, as there is no time limit we have set an inactivity limit of 21 days. If we don’t notice activity in your Earning account for 21 days, we have the right to proceed with the closure of the account.
