In the case my account in the Scaling Plan gets suspended, what happens to the profits I made?

You only get payouts when you hit a Profit Target.

For example:

If your Profit Target for payout is $2000 and you make $1500 and then breach the daily drawdown rule of -$1000, the remaining $500 profit will stay in our company account. As long as you do not breach any drawdown rules, you can keep trading until you hit the $2000 Profit Target and you will receive a payout.
